3.2. Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by JogmeKeebs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.
3.3. Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable for any price changes or discrepancies.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment Method: We use Stripe as our payment processor. By using Stripe, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms and conditions, which are available on their website.
4.2. Payment Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order.
4.3. Payment Issues: If your payment method fails or if your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping Method: We ship all orders using the Hungarian Post Office. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note, that the company is located in Slovakia, but the products are shipped from Hungary.
5.2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided in the table below for your convenience and are not guaranteed. JogmeKeebs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.
The orders are sent to shipment in 2-3 business days.

5.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by the destination region and can be found in the table provided by the Magyar Posta Zrt. on the link: https://www.posta.hu/static/internet/download/Start_egyben.pdf.
The shipping cost includes tracking service. For MPL mode tracking is included in the shipping mode, but the regular (letter) shipments are sent with priority service, which provides tracking service. The shipping cost is converted to EUR in periodical manner to keep the price reasonable.
5.4. Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Right to Withdraw: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
6.2. Notification of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
6.3. Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Return Policy: At this time, JogmeKeebs does not have a formal return policy. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at info@jogmekeebs.com, and we will do our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
7.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
